Got questions?
What does “certified pre-owned” actually mean?
Each bike is an ex-fleet Cycle e-bike returned from subscription. Our mechanics strip it down, run a 62-point inspection, replace wear parts, service the drivetrain and battery, then road test it before it goes on sale with a condition grade.
What warranty do I get?
Every certified bike ships with a 12-month warranty covering motor, battery and drivetrain, plus 14-day returns if it isn't the right fit. Claims are handled at any Cycle workshop.
Can I test-ride before buying?
Yes. Contact the workshop before purchase to arrange a test ride of the exact bike you're considering.
Is delivery available, or is it pickup only?
Certified pre-owned bikes are collected at the workshop listed on each bike, so a mechanic can set your fit and hand over the bike properly. Delivery isn't offered at launch.
Should I buy or subscribe?
Subscription bundles servicing, theft cover and swaps into a monthly fee. Buying certified pre-owned suits riders who want to own outright at a lower total cost and use our workshops as needed.
Do you offer financing?
Financing options are being finalised for launch markets. Details, providers and terms will be listed here — 0% financing over 12 or 24 months, subject to approval.
